RIP Alexander McQueen
I was very saddened today to learn of the passing of Alexander McQueen. He has long been a favorite designer of mine, and I was really happy to see the full-on commitment to the insect motif during the S/S 2010 RTW show. I also loved the bright colors, the hyper-feminine shape of the hips, and the organic shapes and artistic nipple exposure at the end of the show. Below are some of my favorite looks to commemorate the loss of an excellent designer.

I was very saddened as well. I used to love looking at photos of his designs. He was so creative and innovative! He will be very missed!
